1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Customized or made-to-order items, such as bespoke carpets or cut-to-measure flooring, are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error. Please ensure you carefully measure your space before ordering any custom flooring.

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once approved, items should be securely packed and shipped back to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

3. Refund Policy

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

 

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damage or defect to assist in resolving the issue quickly. Depending on the nature of the problem, we will either offer a replacement, repair, or full refund. Giga Carpets & Flooring will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including clearance or sale items, customized orders, and items that have been installed or altered after purchase. Underlay and accessories that have been opened or used are also non-returnable. Please carefully review the product details and consult with our team before making a purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
